South Africa : In a very shocking development, the South African government has granted the annual hunting and export permits for dozen of big wild animals that include ten critically endangered black rhino and same number of leopards. The government took this decision on Friday. 


The government has also gave permit to kill dozen of elephants by following the International laws on the trade of endangered species. It said that the elephant population is growing and less then 0.3 percent of them are hunted every year. 


This order passed by the government will go towards local marginalized and improvised communities where the hunting happen as part of the annual hunting quota. 


As per the order, a total of ten black Rhinos, and 150 elephants lively to be hunted announced forestry and environment ministry of the South Africa.
